Night Shift Buddy is sold by Veianya Hansen. If you are not satisfied with the one-time Crew Mode unlock ($4.99 USD), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice reference to request a refund, or contact our support and we will help arrange it.

After a refund

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, the Crew Mode unlock is deactivated.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to all orders. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
